Cilian Jansen Verplanke has nearly 20 years experience in the financial sector in private equity and commercial banking at ABN AMRO and Rabo. She worked together with Desiree for 4 years at ABN AMRO Participaties. Cilian was Managing Director and built Rabo Participaties for over 5 years. In these years she has done many acquisitions and exits and has encountered many entrepreneurs. She also worked in commercial banking and Equity Capital Markets at ABN AMRO Rothschild and has most recently been Executive Vice President responsible for large business at Rabo Group.
