Miriam has extensive experience in facility and service functions at companies in various sectors, both commercial and non-profit. For example, she set up the facility service desk at Bureau Jeigdzorg and was responsible for organizing major events. Just before joining Karmijn, she worked at Ikea where she was responsible for managing the checkout square, where planning and managing cashiers were essential.
